Can you turn content around on the day?
Yes. Same day social edits are a standard option and the most useful thing we do at a live event. It needs to be in the quote so the day is crewed with an editor on site.
Do you cover multi day events and festivals?
Yes. Multi day coverage is quoted per day with the crew scaled to each one, since the build day and the main day rarely need the same team.
Do you handle photography at events as well?
Yes, and on most events it makes sense to run both so you are not managing two suppliers in the same room.
What about permits and venue permissions?
Venue access, filming permissions and talent releases sit with the client. We will tell you what is needed, but we cannot obtain them on your behalf.
