AI voice agents and automation
Phone agents that answer when nobody can, and automations that stop the same job being typed into three different systems. Adelaide based, working worldwide.
Two things, and they solve the same problem: the work lost because nobody was free to do it.
A voice agent answers at seven in the morning and at nine at night, and it answers the fourth caller while you are still talking to the first. An automation stops the same information being retyped.

The smallest thing that fixes it, put live.

You keep the accounts and the numbers.
Costs
Platform costs are paid by you, separate from our fee.
Will callers know they are talking to a machine?
Yes, and it says so. An agent that pretends to be a person is a bad experience and in some contexts a legal problem. It is useful because it answers immediately and never forgets to write things down, not because anyone is fooled.
What happens when it cannot help?
It hands over. The agent is built to recognise the edge of what it knows and pass the caller to a person, take a message, or book a call back. Getting that handover right is most of the work.
Is this replacing someone's job?
In the businesses we have built for, it answers the calls nobody was answering: after hours, during a job, while the one person who knows the answer is on another line. If you already have someone covering the phone properly, this is not for you.
What does it cost to run?
There is a build fee and a monthly fee for maintaining it, both stated in the quote. On top of that you pay the platforms directly for the phone number and the usage, which scales with how many calls it takes. We keep that separate so you can always see what went where.
Let's make something.
